On behalf of Isotrak’s UK and International customer the First Response Agent will ensure service levels are achieved and maintained within the contractual agreements and to safeguard customer service provision to the highest standards. The primary purpose of this role is to respond to calls (via phone, email or web portal) raised by customers who are experiencing issues with Isotrak Software and Hardware.
